Well, since I’m pretty sure I qualify as one of those “mentally disturbed” you are talking about, I’m a little annoyed by your question.
Cialis is a prescription. If a doctor gives it to a patient, that is their business. Do you expect a doctor to ask their patient if they are a child molester or a rapist?
What’s next? Only “good” people get medical coverage?
P.S. I don’t like the commercials either. But your question and your tone still bugs me.

I’ll ask when I go back to the Dr for my check up next week, but are you supposed to use Cialis for Daily Use every day even if there is no chance of needing it? I just started using it this weekend and I didn’t think to ask when I got the prescription. I go back next week to make sure things are okay. It was a bit vague on the website as to how to use it.

I got the 5mg daily dose prescription of Cialas. If I were to take 4 of them at once would it have the same effect as one 20mg one time pill/dosage?

The reality is my friend, who’s in his fifties, is planning a trip and he asked me this question. Since I never purchased it, I had no idea but I figure someone out there must know.
It really depends on where you get it and whether it is the real thing. Strictly speaking it is only available on prescription but find a quiet chemist and they will usually have a box hidden away. Some will ask if you want the real thing or a cheaper brand. The real thing has a hologram sticker on the box and four tablets should cost around 1200 Baht though could be more or less.
Cialis is good and can keep you on the go for 4-5 days. However I would advise Kamagra jelly. 80 Baht a shot and keep you going for three days
I see a contradiction in other replies. I stick by my reply though. Strictly speaking you DO need a prescription…but you can get it anyway.
